This month join us for Russell Brakefield!
Russell Brakefield is a musician, editor, and educator. He received his MFA
from the University of Michigan, where he now works as a lecturer in the
English Department. His most recent work appears or is forthcoming in *The
Michigan Quarterly Review,* *Poet Lore*, *Drunken Boat*, and *The New York
Quarterly*. He also contributes to an ongoing folk music collective called
winter/sessions and is the managing editor for Canarium Books. His current
obsessions include Philip Larkin and the Nichols Arboretum, often enjoyed
concurrently.
